Research on Stomata Structure in the Poaceae Family Kota Bumi Village, Tanjung Lubuk District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, was carried out from April to May 2022. The purpose of study examine stomata structure adaxial (top) and abaxial (bottom) leaves family. This uses a descriptive survey method by going directly research location exploring area Kota Regency. Sampling done direct observation observing rice plants (Oryza sativa.), corn (Zea mays), reeds (Imperata cylindrica), sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) lemongrass ( Cymbopogon citratus). results found that 5 species had located surface leaf Adaxia Abaxial leaf. Amphistomatic type stomatal spread. shape each guard cell is dumbbell. number neighboring cells 2 cells. Both have Graminae, epidermal elongated, grooved, rounded, parallel grooved
